Olive oil, salt and anchovies travelled north from the coast, while Piemonte offered wine, grains, meat and other products from the inland regions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis was also the route travelled by Alfredo Rinaldi, founder of the Rinaldi family business, almost a century ago. Oils and other products sourced in Liguria made their way back with him to Piemonte.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring the evening, we’ll fill the table with a generous feast-style spread of Meriggio and Rinaldi family products alongside classic flavours from Liguria and Piemonte. Expect pasta, cheeses, charcuterie, olive oil and other local delicacies – food made to be shared around the table and enjoyed slowly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMatilde and Edoardo will share stories about the products and the people behind them, their family history, and the food culture of Liguria and Piemonte.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnd of course, wine is part of the journey too.
