Twice a year we open our doors to restaurant professionals and wholesale customers for a tasting that showcases the very best of the season. Think of it as haute couture for your cheese board: carefully selected cheeses, charcuterie, and inspiration to bring into your menus for the months ahead.

At this Autumn/Winter tasting you’ll discover:
