OJ! is a coffee that makes many people say just that: “oj!” The cup has a soft sweetness and roundness, with hints of red berries, brown sugar and cocoa nibs.
The coffee comes from Espírito Santo, Brazil, near the Caparaó National Park. The mountainous microclimate of the area makes the coffee naturally sweet and balanced. The beans are of the Catuai variety and are processed using the pulped natural method, which emphasizes their softness and sweetness.
OJ! works in almost any situation: as a morning coffee, an afternoon espresso, or as a dessert coffee.
