Refund policy
CANCELLATION, RETURNS & ISSUES
Orders may be cancelled until 12:00 (noon) on the day preceding the scheduled delivery date. After this time, the order becomes binding. To cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at: orders@rollingcheese.fi.
If there is a defect or issue with a product after delivery (for example, spoilage or damage), please contact us by email as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter and minimise any further loss. Please include the product name, a description of the issue, and in the case of faulty products, a photo or video clearly showing the defect.
We recommend enjoying our cheeses within five (5) days of receiving your order. Please refer to our storage guidelines for further information on storing cheese and charcuterie.
Where a defect or shortcoming is confirmed, we will generally resolve the matter either by refunding the product price to the original payment method used for the order, or by providing a replacement product.
For non-food items, a 14-day right of return applies in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 9). Returned products must be unopened and sent or delivered to:

Please notify us of any defective non-food products as soon as possible after receipt by emailing info@rollingcheese.fi. Any compensation for damages will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that we do not process cancellations, returns, or compensation requests via social media channels.
