Petit Blanc from Turku-based Kakola Brewing Co. is a fresh, light and slightly spicy saison that pairs perfectly with cheeses and crab dishes. Its subtle citrus aroma, yeasty softness and dry finish make it an excellent match, especially for cheeses like Blu di Capra and mature cumin-Gouda.
