This traditional French saucisson is made in the mountains of Haute-Savoie, just twenty minutes from Maison Baud's own workshop. The meat comes from cooperative farms where animal welfare and locality are the foundation of everything.

Saucisson takes shape through natural fermentation - without additives - and matures peacefully for over three months. The result is an aromatic and balanced taste, where the meat and spices subtly support each other.

The house's own spice blend brings out the classic Savoyard charcuterie tradition: clear, pure and with a genuine handmade taste.
