On Bastille Day, July 14th, Rolling Cheese will briefly transform into a small French street festival.

During the evening, you'll get to visit three champagne stations, each offering a champagne from a small producer. All three champagnes are ones you wouldn't normally find by the glass, so this is a rare opportunity to taste three specialties!

At each station, we'll tell you a little about the champagne's background, the producer, and what makes that particular wine interesting. No long lectures or formal tastings – more of an opportunity to pause for a moment, taste, ask questions, and then move on to the next glass.

For food, we'll be serving one of France's great classics: jambon-beurre baguettes. Fresh baguette, butter, and ham. For a vegetarian option, we'll offer baguettes filled with Comté cheese and apple.

If the weather is good, we'll enjoy champagne on the terrace, savoring the summer evening. There will also be indoor seating to sit, chat, and linger.
