Brunswick Blue is a modern British interpretation of the classic blue cheese, made by a Sheffield-based cheese factory known for its innovative take on traditional English cheeses.

The cheese matures in its natural rind and develops a strong, salty and slightly nutty flavour. Its crumbly texture and rich blue veins make it a great choice for blue cheese lovers. It takes its name from the nearby village of Brunswick, whose smoky terrain and humid climate inspired the cheese's ripening environment.
