An Italian tapenade-style spread made from fresh artichoke. It goes especially well with fresh bread. The paté is made simply using artichoke, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil and natural ingredients.

"Violetto" is a tasty native artichoke variety. Its name comes from the distinctive purple color that the artichoke develops towards maturity. The artichoke is harvested and processed by hand within 24 hours of being picked.
