Malossol is a traditional Eastern European pickled cucumber style, with salt, dill and garlic at its core. Maison Marc makes its own version using cucumbers grown in Burgundy.
The broth contains dill, garlic, bay leaf and mustard seeds. The taste is saltier and less sweet than classic cornichons.
Crispy cucumbers are an excellent addition to a charcuterie plate, potato salad, or alongside a good sausage and cheese.
