Brabander is a Dutch goat's milk Gouda that combines the fullness of matured Gouda with the fresh acidity of goat's milk.

The cheese is made in the province of Brabant and matures for at least six months. During this time, its texture thickens and the taste develops subtle nutty and caramel tones, which are balanced by the light minerality of the goat's milk. Brabander is made in a traditional country style and has received international recognition for its versatility - it is just as suitable as an everyday treat as it is as the crowning glory of a festive meal.
