Chardonnay Wine Vinegar with Fresh Thyme

Oak-aged Chardonnay wine vinegar with a light herbal note from fresh thyme. Fresh and dry, it works particularly well with chicken, fish, and roasted vegetables. Also try it in goat cheese salad or with warm lentils.

Pinot Noir & Cocoa Wine Vinegar

The berry notes and light tannins of Pinot Noir wine vinegar combine with the subtle depth of cocoa. Not sweet, but dark and aromatic. Works with game, duck, beetroot, and hard cheeses.

White Balsamic Vinegar

Chardonnay wine vinegar and unboiled concentrated grape must. Light, fruity, and balanced. Good when you want the roundness of balsamic without the dark color – for example, in light sauces, with fish, or in fruit salad.

Pinot Noir, Cassis & Raspberry Wine Vinegar

Pinot Noir wine vinegar base, with the tartness of blackcurrant and raspberry. Berry-like, but still clearly a vinegar. Suitable for salads, duck, game, and even for finishing desserts.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Simple and pure cider vinegar. Fresh acidity and a light apple note. Works in everyday salads, pickling, and sauces.
