A unique soft cheese made from milk that can only be described as "cheesy ice cream"!

Made from a blend of thermized cow's, goat's and sheep's milk. The texture is rich and the taste is very velvety and creamy.

Beneath its paper-thin shell, you'll find a moist, cakey, flavor-enhancing paste with a slightly herbal and lactic flavor. The paste is decadent and melts from the outside in.

The ideal regional pairing would be sparkling Asti Spumante, but you can also enjoy this wonderful cheese with other sparkling beverages, such as prosecco and crisp white wines.
