Soft and absolutely delicious young raw goat's milk cheese from the Stutz farm in the Langhe region of Piedmont.

The cheese, which has been aged for just 20 days, is made from raw milk from Jerome Stutz's own herd of goats. Grazing in the lush meadows of southeastern Piedmont, the goats are a native breed of Robiola di Roccaverano DOP, known for their high-quality and culturally rich milk.

The delicate cheese is extremely soft and moist on the surface, and sometimes has small blue specks decorating the white covering.

Enjoy with fresh bread and fruit.
