Small peppers with traditional tuna and caper filling

Cherry peppers are grown in May and hand-picked in August when they are bright red. The stems and seeds are removed, the peppers are placed in a vinegary broth and finally stuffed with Mediterranean tuna and Racale capers.

A lovely appetizer, addition to an antipasto table or as a snack on a summer day with a glass of wine.
