JOSE GOURMET

Portuguese Jose Gourmet is one of the most inspiring producers of traditional canned fish, whose work supports dozens of small fishing families and businesses in Portugal.

All of Jose Gourmet's products are responsibly and sustainably caught off the coast of Portugal, without trawling that is harmful to the environment and the seafood. The seafood caught by small-scale fishermen is prepared according to traditional recipes and attractively presented in cans.

The fun and striking illustrations are the work of local artists - the names of the illustrators can be found in the product page descriptions.

ATI MANEL

Portuguese Ati Manel has revived the canned fish company his grandfather founded in the early 1900s, and with it, more delicious traditional recipes! The stylish illustrations are reminiscent of the 1920s and 1930s, and the beautifully presented canned fish and seafood taste just as good as they are.

Ati Maneli's fish are all responsibly caught without industrial trawling, thus helping to support sustainable fishing and Portugal's long tradition in fishing.
