Made by Cropwell Bishop Creamery in Nottinghamshire, this celebrated Stilton is known for its rich, creamy texture and distinctive blue-veined character. Full-flavoured yet beautifully balanced, it's a fine example of one of Britain's most famous traditional cheeses.

Enjoy with good bread or crisp crackers, pair with fig chutney or a little truffle honey, or use it to make a wonderfully indulgent Stilton sauce. A glass of port is the classic companion, although a generous red wine works beautifully too.
