This cheese is an exceptional example of an Italian classic, made exclusively from the milk of cows grazing on the pastures between Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore in Piedmont.

Caseificio Tosi is one of the few remaining small producers that still operates under the official DOP classification of Gorgonzola. Although owned and operated by the third generation of the family, the cheese is handmade by family members, respecting tradition.

Unlike other Gorgonzola Dolce producers, where the blue veins form in typical vertical perforated patterns, the blue in Tosi Gorgonzola Dolce forms in clumps throughout the cheese, resulting in an exceptional and unique texture.

This Gorgonzola has a charmingly subdued aroma and a sweet, buttery flavor, intertwined with hints of milk and herbs.
