This small, rustic soft cheese is, in the cheesemaker's own words, "the grove child of Saint Nectair and Reblochon." Almost childlike, the soft, round cheese has a mild, creamy taste. It has hints of the vegetal nature of both Reblochon and Nectair, making the cheese luxurious yet fresh.

This cheese is perfect for a cheese board, like a tariflette instead of Reblochon!
