Salami Garfagnino
A particularly lean Tuscan salami with a gently sweet, aromatic flavour and a subtle peppery spice.

Saucisson Fumée
Made from pork from Haute-Savoie, matured for more than three months and smoked over juniper branches for a dense, meaty texture and gentle smokiness.

Truffle Salami
A Tuscan salami made with both scorzone and bianchetto truffles, adding earthy depth and a long savoury umami finish.

The selection contains approximately 150g of salami and is perfect for 2–4 people as part of a cheese and charcuterie spread.
